Avimor is, in my opinion, the most genuinely community-designed neighborhood in Ada County — and it's been proving that for 20 years. The Art of Living Director is a real position and it shows. This community has events, relationships, and culture that no new development can manufacture. As someone with an architectural background, I appreciate that Avimor was designed around the principle that open space is the amenity — the homes are secondary to the land. Tresidio Homes is the current builder in Phase 11 and I can speak to their process from direct experience in other communities.
