Valnova is the most ambitious community development in the Treasure Valley since Avimor. The private lake is genuinely distinctive — nothing else in Ada County offers it. The Highway 16 location is underappreciated by buyers who are focused on Boise and Meridian, but for anyone whose lifestyle includes McCall, the mountains, or just wanting that edge-of-civilization feel while being 30 minutes from downtown Boise, this location is the best in Ada County. My advice to buyers considering Valnova: understand you're in a 20–30 year development arc. The value proposition is getting in early and benefiting as amenities open and phases fill. That has historically rewarded early buyers in comparable Ada County communities.
