What makes Valor genuinely different.

There are a lot of new construction communities in the Treasure Valley. Most of them are production subdivisions with a clubhouse and a pool. Valor is not that. The golf infrastructure here — 36 holes anchored by the Falcon Crest Championship Course — is a level of commitment to the lifestyle that no other Ada County community has matched.

The Trilogy 55+ section is the other piece most buyers from outside the market don't understand until they see it. Shea Homes built Trilogy communities in Arizona, California, Nevada, and Florida before they brought the brand to Idaho. The resort club here is not aspirational marketing — it's the real thing. The Kuna location is the objection I hear most from buyers who haven't made the drive. I understand it. But the math changes when you sit down with it. The drive to St. Luke's Meridian is 20 minutes.
